Custom websites, designed and built by one team.

Troiana takes a website from structure and interface through development, content integration, technical SEO, testing, and launch. The people making the design decisions stay involved in the build, so intent survives all the way to production.

Why it matters

A website is a business system, not a collection of attractive pages. It needs to explain the offer, answer buyer questions, support editing, load quickly, remain accessible, appear in search, and turn attention into a useful next action. Those decisions work better when strategy, design, development, and visibility are considered together.

What’s included

Structure & interface design

Page hierarchy, user journeys, content patterns, responsive layouts, and reusable interface decisions designed around what visitors need to understand and do.

Front-end engineering

Clean, maintainable implementation in the stack that fits the project, with the design system carried into real components rather than translated from a handoff.

Accessibility & responsive behaviour

Semantic HTML, keyboard support, screen-reader care, and layouts that remain clear and usable from a small phone to a wide display.

CMS integration

Content the team can edit without us in the loop — structured, not a free-for-all.

Performance & Core Web Vitals

Fast first paint, stable layout, and quick interaction — the page-experience signals treated as part of the build.

Technical SEO, QA & launch

Crawlable structure, metadata, redirects, analytics, device testing, performance checks, and a repeatable deployment path prepared before production launch.

How we work

When the people who drew the interface are the people who write the CSS, the pixel-perfect version is just the version. There is no translation layer to lose it in.

How it runs
01

Set up

We stand up the stack, the design tokens, and the component foundation the whole build will share.

02

Build

We turn the design into real, accessible components — pixel-accurate, responsive, and keyboard-ready by default.

03

Integrate

We wire in content, forms, and any CMS or API, so the site is editable and connected, not a static mockup.

04

Ship

We tune performance, test across devices, and deploy — with the pipeline set up for safe, repeatable releases.

Common questions

What is included in a custom website project?

A Troiana website project can include discovery, information architecture, UX and interface design, responsive front-end development, CMS integration, forms and third-party services, accessibility, performance, technical SEO, analytics, quality assurance, deployment, and post-launch support. The final scope depends on what the website must accomplish.

How much does a custom website cost?

Cost depends on page types, content readiness, visual identity, CMS requirements, integrations, motion, languages, and whether Troiana is designing, developing, or doing both. We define the deliverables and a fixed project scope before work starts instead of quoting from page count alone.

How long does it take to design and build a website?

The timeline depends on scope, content readiness, integrations, feedback speed, and the number of decision-makers. A focused marketing site can move faster than a multilingual site or web application. Troiana sets milestones for structure, design, build, content, quality assurance, and launch before the project begins.

Should we redesign our website or rebuild it?

Redesign when the underlying platform, content model, and technical structure are sound but the experience or identity is weak. Rebuild when the current system prevents necessary performance, accessibility, editing, integration, or search improvements. Troiana audits the existing site before recommending either path.

Which website platform or framework should we use?

The choice should follow the content, editing workflow, integrations, performance needs, team skills, and expected lifespan. Troiana uses hand-tuned static builds where simplicity wins and modern frameworks or a suitable CMS where the product needs richer functionality. We do not force every project into one stack.

Is SEO included in web design and development?

Every Troiana website includes a search-ready technical foundation: semantic HTML, responsive performance, crawlable navigation, metadata, canonical signals, redirects where required, structured data where eligible, and analytics setup. Keyword strategy, ongoing content, digital PR, and recurring SEO reporting are separate scopes when needed.

Will we own the website and source code?

Ownership, licences, and account access are documented in the proposal and contract before work begins. The handover identifies the source code and project assets included, who controls the hosting, repository, CMS, domain, and analytics accounts, and any third-party software or licensed assets that retain separate terms.

Can you improve an existing website without rebuilding it?

Yes. Troiana can improve selected templates, components, performance, accessibility, content structure, analytics, or technical SEO inside an existing system when its foundations allow it. We recommend a rebuild only when working around the current platform would cost more or preserve the underlying problem.

What happens after the website launches?

After launch, Troiana verifies the production site, monitors critical errors and analytics, resolves agreed launch issues, and hands over editing and deployment guidance. Ongoing maintenance, content, experimentation, SEO, or feature development can continue under a separate support scope.
