These terms cover your use of troiana.net — the site, the free tools, the insights library and the booking page. The site is operated by Troiana Marketing Agency Sh.p.k., a company registered in Gjilan, Republic of Kosovo (business number NUI 812008755) and operating from Prishtina (“Troiana”, “we”, “us”). Using the site means you accept these terms; our privacy policy forms part of them.
They do not cover client projects. Paid work is governed by the separate proposal and contract we sign with you, and where the two disagree, the signed contract wins.
Using the site
You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don't scrape the site at a volume that degrades it, try to reach systems or data that aren't published, submit anything unlawful through our forms, or use our name or marks in a way that implies we endorse you. Automated collection for training machine-learning models needs our written agreement.
Our work and your material
The writing, design, code, illustrations and tools on this site belong to Troiana (or to the clients and contributors we name). The Troiana name, logo and visual identity are ours.
Quote a paragraph or two with credit and a link — that's fine, and welcome. Republishing an article in full, translating it, or reusing our artwork or tool output as your own product needs permission first: info@troiana.net.
Anything you send us — a brief, a URL to audit, a message — stays yours. You give us permission to use it to answer you and to run the tool you asked for. Please only send material you have the right to send.
The free tools
Our tools — the AI Readiness Audit, WebSpeed, the SEO Recovery Engine, the Intent Cannibalization checker and anything else we publish under Tools — are provided free and as is. They are diagnostics, not audits in a formal sense: they use automated signals and, in places, AI models, so treat the output as a starting point for a conversation rather than a definitive verdict. Run them only against sites you own or are authorised to test.
We may change, limit or withdraw any tool at any time, and we don't guarantee that results are complete, current or free of error.
Booking a call
The booking page reserves a slot in our calendar and sends you a confirmation with a video link. Slots are held in good faith — please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation if plans change. We may release a booking that looks like spam or a duplicate, and an initial call is free with no obligation on either side.
Insights, the AI Hub and advice
Articles, guides and hub pages are published for general information. They aren't legal, financial or professional advice, and they aren't tailored to your situation — technology and platforms change, and a page is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date it was written. Decisions you take after reading them are your own.
Newsletter
Subscribing is opt-in and free, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or rent the list. We may stop sending the newsletter, or remove an address that bounces or reports us as spam.
Links to other sites
We link out to sources, tools and clients. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link isn't an endorsement.
Availability
We aim to keep troiana.net fast and available, but we provide it as is and without guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may change, move or remove pages, and we may take the site down for maintenance.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troiana is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of this site, its tools, or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Suspension
We may block access to the site or its tools where these terms are broken — in particular for scraping, intrusion attempts, or abuse of the forms and booking system.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and the competent courts of Kosovo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you're a consumer whose local law gives you stronger protection, those rights aren't affected. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
