A psychologist for children in Ferizaj. We designed and built an Albanian-language site that helps worried parents understand when to ask, and keeps what they send private.

Overview
Eljesa Murseli works with preschool and school-age children, and with their parents, on development, emotions and behaviour. Parents often arrive unsure whether their concern is serious enough to call about.
The site meets them there. It describes what they may be noticing, explains the first session in three steps and answers common questions. Because these messages are sensitive, privacy shaped how it was built.

What we built
Advice library
Six articles for parents on topics such as meltdowns, sleep, late talking and anxiety before school.
A clear first step
The home page covers when to reach out, three steps from first talk to shared plan, and frequent questions.
No stored requests
Contact requests are emailed and never saved on the site. The form uses signed single-use tokens, a honeypot and rate limits.
Privacy by default
The site sets no cookies and hosts its own fonts. Google Maps loads only after the visitor accepts the privacy notice or asks for the map.
Locked-down hosting
A strict content security policy with no inline scripts or styles, and a server allowlist that keeps private files out of reach.

Google Lighthouse scores for the live homepage. Largest Contentful Paint is 0.38s against Google’s 2.5s bar, and layout shift is 0.19 against a limit of 0.1.

Outcome
Parents in Ferizaj can read about what they are noticing, see how a first session works and get in touch in Albanian. The site sets no cookies, and their requests are not stored on it.
