An office in Torino that helps Albanians in Italy with permits, citizenship and family paperwork — designed and built by Troiana as a site that answers questions first and turns them into WhatsApp conversations.

Overview
Praktika’s clients search in Albanian, mostly on their phones, and prefer to talk on WhatsApp. The site had to explain each procedure clearly and make starting a conversation effortless.
Troiana designed and built the site, the admin behind it and the lead tools. The content follows the client’s brief, in informal Albanian as they asked.
