Overview
Elshani Gartenbau takes appointment requests for garden work and caretaking. Requests used to arrive scattered across calls and messages, with no single record of what was promised.
Troiana designed and built the site and the console behind it: every request gets a status, a note, a history and a clear yes or no.

What we built
Console
A list with filters and search, a month calendar, per-request status, notes, history and CSV export.
Confirm or decline
A dedicated panel to accept or decline a request, which emails the customer.
Passwordless sign-in
Staff sign in with an emailed one-time code, and a self-hosted check keeps spam out.
